As I moved from France to Canada in 1993, my passion for learning, languages and adventure led me to discover the Great Outdoors🌲🏔 and the world of teaching😀. My experience as a teacher for 24 years has brought me a wealth of teaching skills and knowledge in many subject areas, as well as a way to easily connect with students. I am fully bilingual (English & French) and can teach/tutor in either language. I have taught French Immersion, English & French as a second Language and therefore can help with needs across those programs, at different levels.
In addition to teaching, I have immersed myself in the world of Wellness and Psychology in the past few years. I have been studying Positive Psychology & Cognitive Behavioural Psychology and received my Life and Wellness Coach certification from Canada Coach Academy. I also have my ICF accreditation from the International Coaching Federation. I am so inspired to share and impart the many benefits of Coaching by empowering children and young people with essential skills needed to succeed.
I enjoy guiding children & youth on their learning path and helping them discover their potential.

Testimonials
The Peat Family
for their son Owen
We had the pleasure of having Mme Le Norgant as our French Immersion teacher in what turned out to be a very challenging school year. Through all the uncertainty, as students switched from classroom to online learning, she was a constant that helped provide stability and reassurance to not only our son, but to our family as well.
When we asked our son what his favourite thing about her was, he replied that “she took time to describe things and work through a problem with me if it was difficult” and once they moved online that “even though school was twice as hard, she made it fun and made sure we understood”.
We were thankful to have her support academically, as well as with our son's neurodiversity. Her experience and approach to educating were essential in his success throughout the year, in addition to continued confidence as he moved forward.

for her son Xander
My son has struggled academically his entire life, and helping him at home just wasn't cutting it anymore so I decided to hire a tutor for him and found Natacha. I suspected that my son had ADHD since he started school in Kindergarten but wasn't able to have him assessed until this past school year. Natacha saw the same things every teacher saw in him right away, that he was sweet and kind but that he had no interest in learning whatsoever. She started with him at the end of Gr.6, and when I was FINALLY able to get the ADHD assessment he desperately needed, that's when the real changes happened. He was an entirely new child, he was willing to do his tutoring without a fight, he wanted to study for exams, he cared about his grades for the first time ever, etc. It was truly remarkable. Natacha never wavered from day 1 though. She was always so patient and kind, regardless of what kind of day he was having. She was vocal to me about her concerns (ADHD) and wanted to help in any way she could. She always went above and beyond for him in any way possible. I noticed, but more importantly, my son noticed. He would constantly tell me how patient she was and that he always felt like "she cared". I am so thankful to have found Natacha, not only is she a fantastic teacher, she is truly an incredible person who really cares about the kids she is working with. It's obvious in the way she goes above and beyond for my son. She has a great heart and we are lucky to have her helping us.
The Bidewell Family
for their son Oliver
Our son had fallen behind and was reading and writing
2 grades below where he should have been in both English and French. He had given up and had expected that school was hard and he wasn't smart enough to do any better. Natacha was able to pinpoint the source of his struggles. With her positivity and patience, he was able to finish his grade 6 year reading and writing at grade level in both French and English! He proudly passed all his PAT exams. Everything from his grades to his attitude towards school greatly improved. I wish we would have found such a great tutor earlier!
Katie Robertson-Ptasnik
for her daughter Moira
Natacha has played an integral role in my daughter's success this past school year, as her tutor and her coach. We are so thankful for her support. My daughter's self-confidence and self-esteem rose dramatically and there was a noticeable shift in her approach to problem solving, as well as an increase in her optimism.
We are definitely going to have Natacha keep working with our daughter and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
Kim Bulcao
for her daughter Isabelle
Natacha is an optimistic and spirited woman. She taught my daughter Grade Four French Immersion during the 2020/21 school year. Some of her strengths include her calm, hardworking and dependable disposition.
The commitment and confidence of her teaching were evidently displayed in the class and online during the Pandemic. The importance of study and “ongoing” learning are the valuable gifts she has taught her students.
We wish her lots of success in her dynamic Online Tutoring and Life Coaching roles!
The De Vera Family
for their daughter Samantha
My husband and I are so grateful for you being Samantha’s teacher in grade 4, French Immersion. Your dedication, incredible resilience and enthusiastic personality in teaching has brought Samantha a wonderful and amazing experience with improved social and academic skills. Thank you so much for all your hard work and love for our daughter.
Mme Le Norgant, we wish you continued great things in life!
Tracy Lebel
for her son Marc
Madame Le Norgant was an excellent classroom teacher for my son in his grade 6 year. He has ADHD and suffers from a lot of school anxiety. She was really great at creating a calm classroom environment, due to her own very calm, even style. If my son was struggling with something in the classroom she would let me know and offer ideas. If he mentioned something to me, I felt very comfortable bringing it up to her, knowing I would get a positive response to work together to solve it. There were some challenging personalities in the classroom and she was good at creating harmony and keeping kids on task. I think she would be an excellent tutor for kids wanting to improve or struggling with a topic.
My son had the following words about Madame Le Norgant when I asked him about her (his direct words, not mine):
"She was a wonderful and charismatic teacher who engaged with the students and made me want to learn the topic. She is very kind and has a lot of patience. She also likes to get stuff done (get kids to get their school work done), which I appreciate."
